As a 3^rd year undergraduate exchange student I’m doing my year abroad at the University of Windsor. My major at the Fachhochschule Bielefeld in Germany is International Studies in Management, concentrating on the general management aspect. At the Odette School of Business I have also developed a strong interest in Marketing and Advertising and am currently taking many courses in this field.

 I already have experience in Human Resources due to my work for Danone Baby Nutrition, where I lead two projects for employee motivation and advancement after a restructuring, over a period of nine months. I not only got to know the day-to-day business of an internationally active company, but also enhanced my communication skills and leadership qualities. At the same time I was a research assistant to the chair of International Trade and Finance at the Fachhochschule Bielefeld, where we organized a European Summer School for North American students, and supervised a stock market game for a finance course. During a six months internship at a private school I gained experience in Public Relations and Marketing, while I assisted to the principal.

I am excited to further my experiences and skills with local companies in Windsor and Essex County and hope to be a valuable asset to the CBAR-Team.
