Hello,

My name is Ludmilla Soultani, however I also go by Mila. I’m a 4th year Business student here at the University of Windsor. I am concentrating in Accounting, and I have a minor in Contemporary Visual Arts. The past three years of university I had worked as the Research Assistant for Dr. Diane Kao, and for the largest student-run organization, AIESEC, where I stood as the Vice President of Outgoing Exchange. I have organized and delegated conferences up to 400 students, worked with foreign local committees to conduct exchange for students to work abroad, and organized recruitment for the Windsor‘s local committee. Being a member of the organization I had the chance to apply the knowledge that I learned from the classroom to what needed to be accomplished for the organization. I have also volunteered for the expansion project for the Humane Society, which the last event organized, generated $2500.

In addition to my work experience I am also an employee of RBC, Starbucks, and during the summer season I am also a tennis coach, as well as play for the KTA. Being able to work in such different environments I have been able to fulfill my areas of interest, as well gain experience in these different fields. I am looking forward to participate in CBAR for I will be able to combine my creativity with my business knowledge, and hopefully my experience in past organization will allow me to bring something new to the table.
