My name is Saengaloun Souvannarath, but as many are intimidated by the length of my name, I go by Saengi.  I am a fourth year business student, doing a concentration in finance and a minor in French studies.

As for work experiences, I’ve been working at the Real Canadian Superstore for four years.  I am the department trainer and my manager’s back-up for the health and beauty department.  Recently, I’ve been working closely with the store manager, projecting weekly sales and allocating labour hours. 

My other experiences include in-store focus - handing out food samples on weekends, CV Media - working on a translation project, Lakeview Montessori School - teaching French and Tae Kwon Do to kids as an afterschool program, and I did a co-op placement at Mindbox Creative during high school as a graphic designer. 

My colleagues would describe me as a hard-working, yet laid-back person.  I am willing to take on any challenges, take calculated risks, take responsibility for my actions, learn from my mistakes and get the job done, and get it done right. 

I see CBAR as another set of challenges and an opportunity to learn, grow and develop as an individual.  I am really looking forward to working on the many projects to come.
