My name is Miguel Gil and I am in my final semester for the Bachelor of Commerce program for University Graduates. I formerly attended the University of Windsor and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in General Science, where i concentrated on Mathematics. I went on to work as Marketing Coordinator for the Canadian Red Cross, Windsor/Essex County Branch for a six month term. In this position, I was responsible for analyzing and presenting statistical information for Southwestern Ontario regarding potential areas of concentration and proliferation for marketing initiatives.

I continued my work experience for a company within the transport industry sector, where I worked as Director of Corporate Relations. I was responsible for maintaining and presenting financial budgets, sales and marketing initiatives, customer relations, and making critical decisions about projects and large scale contracts for the company. As a result of my work experience, I have gained knowledge and interest in business strategies; so much so that I have continued my education to pursue a degree in commerce.

I am confident that my expertise and strong ambition to succeed will be a great asset to the CBAR program as well as its respective clients. Ultimately, I would like to both hone and integrate my academic skills and work experiences in the business world. I believe that CBAR will allow me to accomplish this aspiration. I look forward to working with CBAR clients in a mutually beneficial relationship.
