My name is Lama Sabbagh and I am currently completing my last semester of my MBA degree. I have earned my Bachelor of Commerce here at Windsor, with a concentration in Finance and a double minor in Economics and Political Science. Once I complete my MBA, I will be attending law school in the fall semester where I plan to specialize in corporate and business law.

During my time at Windsor, I’ve been very involved on campus. I served as the President of the Commerce Society at the Odette School of Business, where I developed great leadership skills as I initiated many new successful projects that have been carried on since. Prior to joining the Commerce Society, I was also part of the Golden Key International Society and helped establish several fundraising events to serve underprivileged people throughout the world. In addition to my volunteer work, I was a teaching assistant and graduate assistant for several courses at Odette, mainly in finance and quantitative fields.

My work experience at the Royal Bank for the past two years has taught me a great deal on client relations and teamwork. Furthermore, I’ve worked on a few consulting projects prior to CBAR, some of which were for course credit and others were paid. I have thoroughly enjoyed working on these projects and hope to bring that enthusiasm and dedication to CBAR. I believe CBAR will allow me to combine my talents and abilities and contribute further to the community as it expands my knowledge and skills.
