My name is Beau Helbert and I am a 2nd year MBA student with a focus on finance and business strategy. I have also obtained from the University of Windsor an Honours Degree in Political Science with a minor in Communications and a 1 year Certification in Public Administration.
I am currently the Vice-President of Finance, Operations, and Human Resources of an almost 750,000 dollar on-campus company known as the Graduate Student Society. In this role, I have managed both unionized and non-unionized employees, dealt with grievances, negotiated a collective agreement on behalf of management, prepared regular budgets, determined best practices, and complete a wide variety of other tasks and small projects.
I am also highly involved within the university and greater Windsor community volunteering with a number of different organizations including a local Optimist Club chapter.
