Dr. Gerry Kerr received a Ph.D. from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Courses in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship are regularly taught by Dr. Kerr. He has also gratefully received teaching awards from undergraduate, graduate, and executive students since joining the University of Windsor.

Dr. Kerr's research focuses include corporate strategy in contemporary conglomerates and a collaborative study of strategic management and resource development in small firms. Joint studies of ethnic/immigrant and older entrepreneurs are also underway. Publications include articles accepted in Business Horizons, Journal of Management History, Frontiers in Entrepreneurship Research and the Journal of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, among others.
