My name is Shannon Dallyn and I am a fourth year Honours Business Administration Co-op student. I am returning to finish school after a 12 month internship with Research in Motion (RIM) as a Team Coordinator of the Operating Systems Group. I gained valuable insight into today's workforce and technology over the year that I was there, while enjoying myself at the same time.             

Prior to my co-op experience, I was heavily involved in the Odette School of Business as President of the 2008/2009 Commerce Society. As President, I was able to enhance my leadership skills, represent the student body and make a difference for the students at Odette. I also represented the business school at The National Business School Conference, Impact Leadership Conference and RoundTable.        

Following graduation, I am very interested in pursuing a career in management consulting. I hope that as a member of the CBAR class I will gain consulting exposure and learn more about how to interact and work for clients. I am excited about working with my team for CBAR and bringing our clients business solutions that will help them.
