Greetings, my name is Megan Baxter and I am currently in my first year of a two year program at the University of Windsor Ontario, in 2008. Since that time, my work history has been strongly in the field of Human Resources. I am currently the VP of Human Resources Recruitment with SIFE Windsor. It is my aspiration to continue working in the field of human resources upon completion of my degree and to acquire CHRP designation.

I believe that my involvement in the University, and also my past educational and work experience, have prepared me in many ways for the tasks required for the CBAR course. I am eager and look forward to the experience of working with CBAR clients towards a mutually beneficial result.
