Hi all,

My name is Shan Tao. This is my final year in the University of Windsor. In addition to growing up in the Chinese culture and speaking fluent Chinese, I also completed the two years of four-year study in Canada and one year on exchange in France, which provided me the great opportunity of studying and experiencing the differences in culture and business environments among China, Europe and North America. The business courses in University of Windsor offered me a systematic and theoretical study process, while the exchange program in France helped me develop the business-related interpersonal, co-operative and communication skills through frequent group work and activities with French and international students. Throughout this experience, being open-minded and understanding of other cultures have been the two most important qualities I have developed. Also, three years of living abroad independently has helped me build the ability to manage challenges and crises calmly and effectively. This has increased my ability to be adaptable and flexible at all times. Besides, doing an internship in the marketing department in a department store and being a marketing assistant in Windsor Symphony Orchestra helped me understand the concept of customer service and the marketing analysis process as well.

My educational background combined with my relevant working experience make me well prepared for the challenge and look forward to work with you all team members for CBAR and the clients!
