My name is Andrew Adam and I am a student in the MBA (fast-track) program. I have earned a Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor, concentrating in Finance and Human Resources with a minor in Psychology.

Over the past few years I have taken on many projects. I have worked as a TPT at DaimlerChrysler on the midnight shift, while attending university full time, as well as working sales positions with both Kraft Canada and Integram Marketing. I also developed my own business during this time as a business consultant and graphic designer.

My main goal as a business consultant was to provide small businesses and start-up businesses with guidance and support at all times. Services included designing advertisements, locating suppliers, analyzing competition, and developing strategies.

I have an extremely strong work ethic and multi-tasking skills due to maintaining this busy lifestyle. I have also gained extremely strong negotiation skills and communication skills by conducting business deals on a daily basis. My entrepreneurial mindset allows me to approach every task with the ambition and creativity to reach the best possible results.

I will bring dedication and professionalism to the CBAR as it strives for excellence.
