After graduating in 1997 with a diploma in Electronics, Computer and Communications Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore. Vicknesh served his national service tenure as a signaler in the Singapore Armed Forces till January 2000.

He then began his career in the field of Information Technology and went to work for several high tech internet startup companies, in various positions from Analyst Programmer to Systems Architect.

During his time with these companies, he gained valuable insights into the operation of small high tech startup companies, a thorough understanding of the underlying technologies that power today’s e-commerce and business applications. In 2003 Vicknesh gained the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation with a specialization in Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Networking Infrastructure Solutions, Information Worker Solutions and Security Solutions

In the fall of 2004, Vicknesh came to Canada to persue a degree in Computer Information Systems at the University of Windsor. Where he learned that he enjoyed business as much as he enjoyed the technology that powered business.

While on vacation in Singapore during the summer of 2005, he decided to put the theoretical knowledge of business he had gained while at the University to use and realize his childhood dream of being a business owner, when he founded Resonant Solutions Pte Ltd, an Information Technology provider in Singapore. Resonant Solutions specializes in Information Technology consulting and to date has completed projects in Singapore, Indonesia, Canada and the United States.
