Mr. Stephen Willetts, the Vice-President, Administration and Finance is responsible for providing the Board and University management with informed opinions on the University's financial performance, human resources and physical plant and on trends and conditions affecting the operations of the University of Windsor.

The Vice-President, Administration and Finance is also responsible for developing and directing Campus Community Police & Parking Services, Finance, IT Services, Human Resources, Student Ancillary Servicesand Facility Services to ensure that adequate standards, financial controls, budgetary systems and management information systems are prescribed, implemented and maintained, Human Resource and Labour practices and negotiations are properly implemented and the University Physical Plant is properly developed, managed and maintained.

The Vice-President, Administration and Finance also actively participates in the planning activities of the University.
